All requests to cancel an order or refund must be made within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped and sent to the courier service. We have two types of returns, ‘change of mind’ and ‘damaged.’ Check the given requirements for your return. All Items must include the following:

  • Original packaging
  • Original parts
  • Original labeling
  • No signs of use

In case these terms are not being followed, there is a possibility that your return might not get approved for return, exchange, or refund. It may take 15 days for your refund to get processed through the bank.

DAMAGED:

Upon the arrival of your order, any damaged products need to be reported with pictures of damages and a brief description (sent to THE CHEFMADE EXPERIENCE within two days of receiving your order).

We will provide free return shipping for the damaged product. Any products reported after two days cannot be accepted. Once the pictures of the damage have been analyzed and the product inspected, we will notify you if your item is replaceable or refundable. All items are intended for interior use. Signs of misuse, mishandling, weather damage, and chemical damage will not be accepted, and the return will not be refunded.

CHANGE-OF-MIND:

The item must be returned within 14 days of the order’s arrival. Change-of-mind return shipment arrangement and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of an item during return shipping.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). All item(s) must be returned in the original state in which it was sent (free of damage, not worn and or laundered, must have original tags attached and in original packaging).

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after receiving it.

  • THE CHEFMADE EXPERIENCE does not pay for return labels. You must pay to ship your item(s).
  • THE CHEFMADE EXPERIENCE is not responsible for loss and damage during transit.
  • THE CHEFMADE EXPERIENCE can refuse a return from any customer at any time.
  • All damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within five business days of delivery.
  • Sale Items are non-refundable.
